  • The 2 Hour Move-in booking time is suitable for most apartments to unload all goods and deliver to the designated apartment. Larger apartments and Penthouse may require some extra time, please contact Kirra@fortststone.com.au should need assistance.

  • You actually do not need a booking for most single delivery items, though it is still recommended to request that the lift padding is installed if there is a risk of damaging the lift.

    You just meet the delivery driver at the building and direct them to the padded lift and wait for a free spot to go up to your apartment as there will be a move-in likely taking place during the initial move-In period.

    If you are having an extra large item delivered eg. Piano you will need to advise Fortstone via email prior to ensure this can be facilitated.

  • Your internet is provided by Lightning Broadband. Follow the link to see what they have on offer.

  • A parcel locker has been installed at the property at the Toorak Road entrance. Details on how to register to use the Parcel Locker is provided on the Parcel Locker.

    Once registered, postal services can identify you in the system and leave your parcel in the locker. Please not that you will be required to promptly collect your parcel. Due to the size of the Parcel Locker, there is also size limitations on parcels.
